COOP Steering Committee

The Steering Committee provides the main forum for discussion of COOP matters and:

• Disseminates information and manages inter-agency dependencies
• Coordinates COOP exercises, including inter-agency exercises
• Accommodates ongoing legal and regulatory requirements
• Facilitates the overall COOP program, project plans and the supporting financial/budget plan for the Commonwealth
• Conducts periodic assessment of statewide COOP capabilities and reports results to the governor.
