The Virginia Association of Hazardous Materials Response Specialists (VAHMRS) extends an invitation for you to participate as an exhibitor during the 25th annual Virginia Hazardous Materials Expo and Symposium. This year’s event will be conducted October 13-17, 2008 at the Hampton Convention Center and Embassy Suites Hotel in Hampton, Virginia.
Wednesday, October 15, 10:00 am-4:00 pm
We have kept our booth prices the same as 2007! The 2008 prices for booth spaces are listed below. As an added incentive, for companies who register before June 30th, we are going to apply a 10% discount to the fees below:
A $350 discount will be applied per booth if vendor of that booth is a VAHMRS member.
Outside space is available and requests must be made before September 1, 2008.

To take advantage of the reduced rate for each exhibit booth, you must join the VAHMRS or renew your existing membership and be paid in full to reserve your spot. Membership forms are located on our website.
Cancellation and Late Registration Policy - No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 15, 2008. A $100 late fee will apply to companies who register after September 15th.
