This year’s award winners, hailing from across Virginia, are dedicated to promoting emergency preparedness, and insuring a safer and more secure environment for the citizens of Virginia. These unique individuals and groups did an outstanding job in partnering with their local Citizen Corps programs and VDEM during 2005 and earned the respect of their communities and local and state officials. We thank them for all of their good work and efforts, and hope to welcome an equally deserving group at next year’s conference!
