Session One January 4-8, 2010
This week-long program brings together several series of Emergency Management and Incident Command System courses for presentation in a central location within the region. This format allows individuals to participate in one to three training courses during the week, while minimizing travel and related costs for their agencies. It is intended specifically for students from Region VII, northern Virginia. Scheduled training programs include instruction from local and state experts as well as national programs presented through the Department of Homeland Security.
Three curriculum tracks are available, as listed below.
To avoid scheduling conflicts, students are encouraged to register for the courses in only one curriculum track. Students should enroll for each individual course in the appropriate curriculum track through their Knowledge Center KC / LMS domain, “Learning Center”, “Course Information and Enrollment”, key word “EM academy”.
